The backend arrangement for the movers was smooth and prompt. The admin staff was also friendly throughout the engagement. During the actual moving, the ground staff was quick and clear on what was needed to be done. Hence, the task was completed in a short time.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Esmond for his professional, fast, and prompt communication throughout my move. He even managed to send me packing boxes at very short notice, which was a huge help.

His team of movers handled all 30 boxes, plus my small furniture and miscellaneous baggages, with great care. Everything was properly wrapped, protected, and delivered to my new home efficiently and safely. Their teamwork, attention to detail, and respect for my belongings truly impressed me.

I highly recommend Moving Kakis to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and professional moving company. Excellent service from start to finish!

My best move so far. Fast , efficient, stressless. Uncle that lead the team was very professional and guided his staff very well. He first came to scout out the place, identifying the height of stairs, corridors, etc. He knew not to stack the heavy boxes on the top. Fragile items were wrapped properly. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their service again in the future.

Super professional and they completed the move in record time despite helping me shift from a walk up with multiple flights of stairs, would highly recommend!

I found Moving Kaki while looking for movers and storage for my renovation, and the experience was fantastic. I was drawn to their name because it felt friendly and distinctly local, making the brand instantly approachable.

Their response was very quick. Within the same week, their team came for an onsite visit to check all the items I needed to move — including my standing piano — and confirm the storage size I needed. The boxes were delivered the same day. I loved that most of the arrangements could be done over WhatsApp, which made communication super convenient and stress-free.

The team was never pushy with sales, instead offering helpful recommendations and giving me time to decide. Their pricing was very competitive, and they were completely transparent about all costs — no hidden fees or surprise charges — which made it easy to budget.

On moving day, everything ran like clockwork. The team was professional, well-coordinated, and handled all items, including my standing piano, with great care. Both the move-out and move-back were completed efficiently in under 30 minutes each. They kept me updated on their arrival times, and all my items came back in perfect condition.

A huge thank you to Ah Hao, Gabriel, Kevin, Naz, Ah Long, Ah Beh, and anyone else I might have missed — you all made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Overall, it was a smooth, hassle-free experience, and I would highly recommend Moving Kaki to anyone looking for reliable movers and storage services.
