Boxes provided are recycled and this is commendable in green effort. They take back these boxes. What’s more, the movers are young energetic guys who work so well as a team!

This is a last minute decision to shift a safe box from my mother in law house to my house. This safe box weighs around 350kg. When I came to know that only 2 person to do the job that’s Esmond and his partner, I am shock!!!. Because last time when the safe box is place into my mother in law house, it took 6 people to handle it. And also broke the entrance marble. The admin staff was very helpful and responsive. I had a few questions as my move was a bit sudden and on short notice. You will get answers to your questions rather quickly with a breakdown of the costs.

On the day of the move, the arrival time was stated as 1-3pm. They arrived on time, closer to the latter part of the time slot, on time nonetheless. My only requirement was that the entire move conclude before 5. And they definitely did everything before that.

Esmond was keeping a watchful eye on everything that was going on and giving his team specific instructions on how to protect, pad, and securely wrap the items. He came in first before his team to walk around the apartment with me and to log the items to be moved, once that was done, he brought his crew up and they got started. I had a 65 inch OLED TV that was giving me all kinds of anxiety because it’s quite fragile, but Esmond came up with a few blankets, layered them on the tv with separate rolls of shrink wrap to secure them. He was involved in every single step of the process from shrink wrapping to loading onto the wheeled trays. I was pleasantly surprised that the entire move, door to door, took an hour and a half. Once they were done, Esmond ran through the charges with me and was on his way.

I would highly recommend Moving Kaki. The entire team is very energetic and efficient. Reasonably priced for a job extremely well done. I was so impressed. I’m actually asking them for help with another move because they were so great.
